Preparing to remove the hub and then the mandrel (stringing pipe) from the CDC. The CDC is resting on its transport cart and the mandrel is cantilevered at its other end. Also shown are the downstream endplate and crimp pins, the thermocouples (blue) in the downstream plenum and the rohacell ring and standoffs (white) which will support the mylar plenum end-wall.
